I describe myself as an unorthodox, holistic coach who incorporates structural, nutritional and emotional health into my practice.

With 30 years’ experience. I’ve devised my own style of health coaching, incorporating physical training, massage, bodywork and talking therapy - which draws on a very broad range of therapy styles.

I seek to find the cause of any blockage that’s holding you back in fitness and health, to support your journey into good health for the mind and body.
